Community Engagement

Community Engagement

Conclusions and recommendations are too often developed in the absence of feedback from those with lived, on-the-ground experience. Direct information gathering from these stakeholders and their communities ensures critical, community-centered elements around equity and inclusion are included in project design, research processes, and recommendations from the outset. We spend time in communities, engage on-the-ground participants through facilitated workshops, interviews, focus groups, collaborative human-centered design, and active listening sessions, convenings, and surveys for public sector and non-profit clients for over a decade. BW Research has an extensive background in supporting this critical component of policy development and representative outreach to ensure that all voices and groups within a community are heard and their unique considerations are incorporated.
